Our milestone achievements include La’Briyut, a national, school-based program that promotes health, fitness and stress reduction while also teaching Jewish values; the Mitzvah Fair In A Box, a 110-booth, multi- dimensional fair that absolutely defies description; the Kiruv Roundtable, where we brought together thirty leading outreach professionals to discuss how we can have more of an impact on stemming the relentless tide of assimilation; and new publications about Chanukah, Tu B’Shvat and the meaning of Bar Mitzvah.

La'Briyut

Childhood obesity may soon overtake smoking as our nation’s #1 preventable disease. And yes, “disease” is the accurate description because, like smoking, childhood obesity acts as a host, arms wide open, welcoming heart issues, type 2 diabetes, stroke and associated psychological disorders. Not to mention the social stigmas.
